Sometimes therapy just isn’t in the cards. Insurance won’t provide coverage, and the price won’t fit your budget. That’s where Coach Me Friend comes in. This is a self-paced form of life coaching that mainly consists of self-help tools, e-guides and emailed challenges.

Advantages to our self-coaching tools and methods:

  • This is self-driven by you. Receive life coaching tips by email. Change the inbox where you hear from us, or opt out and in again at any time.
  • No pricy coaching commitment. A personal coach is great, but times are tough. Now might not be the right time to add monthly coaching hours to your budget.
  • Pick and choose your self-coaching topic of interest. We’ll vary the advice from month to month, or seasonally. You might learn about empowering self-talk one month, and setting stronger boundaries on another.
