- No pricy coaching commitment. A personal coach is great, but times are tough. Now might not be the right time to add monthly coaching hours to your budget.
- Pick and choose your self-coaching topic of interest. We’ll vary the advice from month to month, or seasonally. You might learn about empowering self-talk one month, and setting stronger boundaries on another.
